Hop on a treadmill and join us for our annual Treadmill 5K Turkey Trot on Monday, November 23! Participants of all fitness levels are welcome to complete the turkey trot individually or along side friends and family. All registration fees go towards the Annual Campaign, which provides financial support to individuals and families to access health & wellness opportunities.
