10 weeks January 12- March 22 Think of our Weigh to Change program as a bootcamp for lifestyle change. This 10 week program includes nutrition counseling with a registered dietitian, 1:1 exercise support from a personal trainer, and a community of support.
For less than $50/ week you get weekly 30 min personal training sessions, weekly exercise or nutrition education, up to 3 small group training classes , two nutrition consultations and two inbody scans to measure progress.
