Prepare for the fall sports season with our Athletic Conditioning and Performance Training program for middle an dhigh school athletes! Participants will build endurance, strength, agility, and overall atheltic performance through age - appropriate workouts designed to help athletes prepare for their upcoming sports season. Perfect for athletes of all experience levels. This class is 2X per week for 4 weeks leadingup to the fall sports season. Sport focues: field hockey, cross country, soccer, volleyball, cheerleading, football, golf, swimming.
